This is why Lava Stone has that rough, porous look and feel. It is found in volcanic regions all over the world. In crystal healing, it is used as a grounding stone  helping people feel calm, stable, and connected to the earth. It is also used as a natural diffuser for essential oils because of those tiny pores.

It's simple. Put 1 or 2 drops of your favourite essential oil directly on the Lava Stone beads. Wait about a minute for the beads to soak up the oil. Then wear the bracelet as normal. The oil slowly releases from the stone throughout the day, and you'll be able to smell it for 4 to 8 hours depending on the oil and how active you are. When the scent fades, just add more oil. You can even switch to a different oil  just let the first scent fully fade before adding the new one.
